Also to the disrespectful woman- anyone can call up to your hotel and ask if you are hiring. But instead you responded to my husband and told him that I should be calling about hiring opportunities and then hung up the phone. I hope your bosses know you are disrespect when you answer their hotel phone. I also hope u get fired for how rude you are 😤🤬

However, when we arrived at the regular check in time, we were told our room type (king suite) was not ready. At 11:30 that evening after returning from the wedding we were attending, we were given a regular king room with no apologies or explanation. After bringing this up to the front desk, they just said they did not have my room type available and would refund me $10, ridiculous.
