The woman at the front desk, in the evening was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional on the phone while making my reservation. I almost hung up and looked for another place to stay. Then she was nosey while checking in, and so unhelpful I waited until the morning staff came in to ask for anything. The notes on my account say that I do not want to be near an elevator. My door was literally 15 small paces away from it. Then the room across the hall had a dog that barked everytime anyone walked down the hallway. The morning staff offered to move my room, but I decided it wasn't worth the hassle.

Then after we went to bed the a/c unit made such a racket that it was impossible to sleep. We notified the clerk, she told me the managers were on vacation and she could not do anything. I sent an email with a video of the noisy a/c unit to the managers. I have not received any responses.
