The only thing I had an issue with, which caused a three-star overall, was the misleading photo they used for the pool area. We spent extra money to stay at this hotel, specifically because the picture they posted of the pool. The photo made it look much larger and nicer than it was in person. We had a large family so this was the deciding factor for us. We were pretty disappointed when we showed up and found the place was pretty small and very crowded. Outside of that, the room was large and very clean. The service was great, including the front desk and the ladies serving breakfast, which was delicious! I do believe you should update your pool photos to be more transparent for future guests.

Her assistant came into the lounge at 10:30 and told us that it close to midnight and we need to go to our rooms.
