  This is your sign to stay away from the best western plus hotel in crawfordsville!!! I started work at this hotel about a month ago, boss knew that I was pregnant and even asked me when I was gonna need maternity leave. I was sent home from work one day bc of morning sickness and the next day I get told not to come in until after I have the baby, mind you I still have almost 3 months left before I have my baby. She also laid my fiance off too for no reason, gave him the run around on what he was doing… originally he started out as a morning stripper who took bedding off the beds then she changed him to cleaning rooms and also had him running around doing everything and anything. This place also has bed bugs galore, they never ever wash the blankets so your sleeping in someone else’s used blanket, there were multiple things I pointed out to the manager like the broken glass that’s pictured and she said and did nothing about it. This place is poorly cleaned, maintained, and managed. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!

  I rented a room for my daughter for Saturday 11/15/25. I had to call them the day they were to come because my grandson had a medical issue which prevented them from traveling. The phone call went very well. They asked me why I cancelled and I told them. They had already taken the charge out of the account and they said because of the circumstances they would refund my money. I want them to know I do appreciate that very much. I know they did not have to do that.

  Rooms beds had hair all over them and bathroom had mold in the shower. Front desk did the best she could to help but all room service did was douse our room in bleach and not take care of the mold.

  Positives, clean room, friendly service, outstanding breakfast with the custom omelet offering and good location. Negatives, for me, it's mostly about the sleeping quality. I found the bed very average and the pillows too hard for me. Also, I found the price higher than what I expected it to be given the location and within the Best Western chain. Would I stay here again? Maybe.

  I'm tired of throwing good money to these disgusting hotels! This hotel's common area decor actually looked nice. But the floors were dirty. Bathrooms nasty. We were here with two other couples. ALL of our room's bathrooms were gross. And although this was probably the worse I've encountered in the US, most hotels are like this...at times even the pricey ones. BUT, NOT in Europe. See, Europeans wouldn't put up with this...they don't want to live in filth. But apparently, American's are fine with it. Gunk around faucets, fingerprints all over the doors, black moldy caulk around tub. Unacceptable. Tell your housekeeping they need to actually use a sponge on the surfaces, not just spray and walk away. CLR or Lime Away will remove the gunk around the faucet. ZEP for that etched ring around the toilet that rarely gets scrubbed. Blue can of EZ Off will clean up that black dirty tile baseboard edge and grout. And any ol' cleaner will remove the dirty disgusting prints off doors. BTW, why don't they ever feel the need to wipe down bathroom doors and walls??? What is dripping all over the walls? What were those brownish yellow fingerprints from? Who knows, but we can only wonder. Also, when you do caulk, get a pro. HOW IS THIS HARD???
