- NWNicole WoodApr 5, 20265.0We stayed at this hotel overnight on a road trip. The employees were all very nice, and the hotel was clean. We all liked the aesthetic of the hotel. The entry/lobby had a strong scent (pleasant) which concerned me due to allergies in our party, but the smell didn’t carry into the rooms which I appreciated. I found the bed very comfortable, and I didn't hear noise from other guests. We enjoyed the pool and the game cabinet very much.

Both waiters appeared to systematically overlook my table, giving preference to white customers despite my earlier arrival. At first, I thought the issue was personal, but when I saw another non‑white customer waiting an unusually long time at the bar just for a cup of coffee, I realized it was part of a pattern. Everything else was wonderful. The lobby staff, in particular, did a fantastic job. Truly amazing work.”

Addison was very understanding and helpful. Tabby is a delightful server. Especially accommodating. Kudos to both. Both turned a rough afternoon into a delightful evening. I will readily recommend the Indigo Hotel and stay here again when passing through.

Good food, a little pricey. Everything just seemed new, clean, & well maintained! The downstairs men’s bathroom was so fancy; I thought I was in the ladies! The rooms are spacious, clean & modern! Very comfortable bed & a 55” flat screen tv! The hotel is part of IHG & dog friendly..👍
