I've never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel because of the attitudes and the way I was treated. The "restaurant" they have upstairs gave me a burnt over cooked steak and I still paid $22 for it very disappointed in my stay I checked out a day early and went to Marriott. I normally always stay at IHG hotels but I think it's time to explore other options.

The sausage was half burnt the potatoes were cold they didn’t have any bacon, we had to ask for orange juice they kept it behind the counter. It was hardly no bacon but yet hardly anybody eat there looks like eight there he just didn’t wanna do his job.
- PBPamela BrownSep 25, 20255.0Ask one of the maids to clean our room when I took the grandkids to the pool came back the room was not vacuum I went to hunt the maid down to ask her to come back and vacuum the room the next day I went to take the kids to the pool and ask the maid to change our beds and clean our room came back the beds was not changed what to tell the clerk at the desk and unfortunately the maids were already gone other than them to incidents our stay was very good
