    I stayed Friday 11/17/25. TLDR: Musty smelling room; no hot water; front desk wouldn't allow me to change rooms to find a hot shower; my request for a partial refund was refused; older reviews state the same problems. Musty smell in my room on 1st floor. Front desk told me it was because they allow pets in all rooms. The bad smell really kicks in as you get deeper into the room, closer to the window unit heater/AC when its running. To make it worse the AC unit blows stinking air straight onto your hanging clothes in the no-door mini closet. During the evening checkin, I overheard the front desk dealing with a customer complaining about no hot water. The Front desk told ger the plumber was onsite fixing it. Next morning, still no hot water. There are older reviews from years in the past complaining about the same thing. The is not the cheapest hotel in the area by any means. I would never stay at this Hilton again.

    Hotel is nice and clean. Good breakfast. The only very disappointing fact is the lack of EV chargers at the hotel parking or at nearby hotels in a walkable distance :-( Please, collaborate with other hotels around and install some chargers for convenience of all your guests!!!

    Lord just dont leave anything. You'll never see it again. You'd think housekeeping would notice when things are left, i guess the more expensive an item is the less likely it will be "found"!

    I visited herd for the first time on a certain day in September 2025. I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. I'm going on the way to Indianapolis. This hotel is near the highway 65. The room was clean and quiet. There are a lot of restaurant around. The staff was good. They werd very kind for me.
