    Diamond member, booked well ahead of time and upon arrival found out they had given somebody else our rooms. The night guy found us a smaller room and promised to talk to them about getting us in the right ones for the additional nights. I checked online and the rooms we booked were available the next day so when I returned from our convention, I expected to be able to move, but no luck. The next morning I asked if we could have the room serviced with at least fresh towels. We returned the next afternoon and nothing had been done. In addition, while I know there isn’t any breakfast, the pantry was out of everything popular the entire time we were there. The overall impression of the staff is they really don’t care if you have a good experience or not.

    Hotel smelled and looked worn. They do have washer and dryers available for guest to use for free, just bring your laundry soap. Back patio area needed cleaned up. Back door would not work with key card, we were told the lock has been broken for awhile which makes it an inconvenience for guests to come and go. The room was ok. The bed was not very comfortable. There is no breakfast available however this hotel is located close to many restaurants and stores. The staff, mainly Devion, was very friendly and helpful!

    Service was great. My dishwasher had dishwash soap all in it. And there was dust on the top of the head board. Parking lot was not clean of snow well. Pool was not open. And loud neighbors.

    Very nice sized rooms with everything we needed. All the staff we met were very friendly. Price was good, too. The only improvement that could be made would be better housekeeping both in the rooms and in the public areas. Definitely recommend.
