  I loved staying at this property. The hotel was very clean and all of the staff was AMAZING. My room was very clean and spacious. We loved the breakfast station and all of the different options that were available. Even though we didn’t use the workout room or the pool, it was very clean in both areas. One thing I love is a clean, well kept hotel and I love when they have a friendly, accommodating staff!!!

  The service was five star but the atmosphere was not. The highway noise was extremely loud and construction was also going on right outside the window. It's an older hotel and you're going to have to have a navigation service to get to it. At least in the middle of the night. The parking lot was also very dark and we had to park in a faraway lot due to a hotel being mostly full. The breakfast was good!

  We stayed here last weekend for a volleyball tournament. We had a room on the first floor right by the entrance and it was so loud. Every time the door opened or a conversation was had in the hallway, we could hear it perfectly. There is zero sound proofing and IHG does not allow guests to circulate air in the room to help with noise because of their green initiative. It was a sleepless 3 night stay.

  Lots of issues. First the pull out couch beds are terrible. Mattress needs replaced had to ask for a cot. Second no water pressure for showers. Third bar and restaurant closed on Friday and Saturday before posted hours. Forth no exhaust fan in bathrooms. Very bad experience when we thought we were getting quality with the name Holiday Inn Express. Not recommended.

  Solo female traveler alert. This is not a safe hotel. The lights are very dim in the parking lot, I had to cross through a dark court yard to get to my room. Only 1 elevator seemed to be working. A lot of alcloves and turns. You feel very separated from where the registration is. No security patrols. Youre in the middle of nowhere with no other surrounding busy businesses. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. The bar staff was the bar tender and the cook and was nice but apparently annoyed. I didnt feel welcomed. I didnt rest well. Covered the large peek hole and set up something in front of the door because the latch was very loose. For the most part as out dated as the hotel was the bathroom and sheets seemed clean? Bed was comfortable.
