That said, this makes multiple recent sites with a broken juice machine at breakfast, only this location didn't provide other options for cold drinks; only had coffee available. Others tend to have juices and/or water available when the bulk offering is out of service. Dropped a star for having to purchase overpriced, outdated drinks for the free breakfast that were flat.

- MLMolly LeeOct 18, 20251.0My recent weekend stay at this hotel was incredibly frustrating and disappointing due to constant, unchecked noise disturbances. From early morning to late evening, I had to endure the sound of children running, yelling, and jumping around in the room above mine. It was nonstop. The parents were no better—constantly shouting at the kids to stop yelling, which only made things louder. It felt like I was staying underneath a playground. To make matters worse, there were also unsupervised children on my floor playing loudly in and around the elevator—which was directly across from my room. Doors slamming, shouting, and general chaos in the hallway made it nearly impossible to relax or get a decent night's sleep. This level of noise is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that presents itself as a comfortable place to stay. I understand that families travel with kids, but there was clearly no effort made by management to control the noise or ensure other guests could enjoy their stay as well. If you’re looking for peace, quiet, or even just a basic level of rest, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I left more stressed than when I arrived. In addition I called the front desk at 7:52 pm and the noise settled down for a few min but then continued by slamming doors and racing down the hallway. During checkout I noticed it was a baseball team who stayed the weekend but where is the supervision???I didn't expect to have silence but there were no parents from what I have seen, especially during breakfast . I give this a 1 STAR
