Horrible. Issues as soon as I got there at 11:30 pm. Twice my key cards didn’t work, so they game me a different room. Then then new card still didn’t unlock. Manager had to let me in. Then by 12:30 I was back down at the front desk asking if they could quite the noise around me because of all the foot stomping, doors shutting, etc. They asked to put me in a different floor rather! So I packed my stuff at 12:30am, went to a different floor to walking in and a plastic spoon laying on the floor and mounds of sticky stuff all over the floors! I was too tired to fight anything at that point, so I slept a few hours and left at 7am. The outside noise in that room was awful too. It’s like the hotel has 1/4 in walls or something! I even had a fan going to drown out things. The worst part of it all is, I got an email with an apology rather than a refund after asking for one. Then they had the nerve to tell me than they hope I give them another chance…..really? They should pay you to try and sleep there.

a worn out and dirty Holiday Inn. We stay in IHG hotels all the time but this one is worn out. We rented 2 rooms, one had a door that looked like someone had to bust in and would not close properly easily. The other had carpet coming up. One has the couch missing so just a tiny bench thing to sit on. Both bathrooms were dirty looking. I have pics of the one I stayed in. I will avoid this IHG property in the future and recommend you do too.

I'm surprised that IHG allows this hotel to keep its name. We booked this room becuase we trust the brand. The easiest way to explain what you will find is a pig with lipstick. This is an old hotel that Holiday Inn put white paint and new furniture in and hoped no one would notice the dirt, mold, slopping floors, lurching elevator, tasteless breakfast, bugs, peeling ceilings, etc.
I will say the stairs are really clean and well done which is helpful since taking the 1 elevator was challenging with a fully booked hotel.
2 exits north and you will find a brand new Holiday Inn Express. Might be a better option.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars – Exceptional Service from Ricky!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ricky, the overnight staff member at this hotel. During our stay, we unfortunately had a very distressing situation where my rider had to spend the night at a hotel due to being verbally abused by her boyfriend. Ricky handled the entire situation with incredible professionalism, empathy, and calm.
He immediately stepped in with compassion, ensuring everyone’s safety and comfort. He went above and beyond to defuse the tension and to make sure the woman felt supported and protected. Afterward, he took the time to reassure and calm us down, showing genuine care and kindness that you don’t often see.
Ricky truly embodies what five-star hospitality is all about — not just great service, but great humanity. Because of him, we felt safe, respected, and deeply valued as guests. The hotel is lucky to have someone like him on their team. Thank you, Ricky, for turning a difficult situation into a reminder of what real compassion looks like.
