  When I come into town for work I always stay here and Walter is friendly,kind and always helpful. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!!

  Our family of 5 stayed the night on our eastward journey. Here is a list of the things I liked best. 1. Extremely clean. The lobby, elevators, pool, and rooms were spotless! 2. Huge rooms. The kitchen space and appliances were a total surprise. Our room was outfitted with a large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher 3. We all had a blast in the pool! Traveling in January is always risky with pool temps. Not here; the water was warm and the kids were able to swim instead of floating like ice cubes! 4. Tons of food options within walking distance.

  This hotel advertises free breakfast, yet the cupboard is bare. Two days in a row I arrived at the breakfast more than 1/2 an hour before it closed, yet there was scarcely any food available. The syrup bottles were either empty or completely missing entirely. All of the bread was gone. As you can see from the photos, it looked as if a horde of vermin had attacked the area. What was worse was that SEVERAL employees walked by and saw the lack of food, yet ignored it. The "cook" was more concerned about cleaning the area and heading home. One of the staff walked by and was unconcerned. The person who was staffing the front desk walked by and looked at the bare offerings, yet did nothing. The manager obviously doesn't care, and lets his staff sleepwalk through their shifts - shame on them. We checked into a nearby Home2 Suites later in the week, and it was perfectly maintained.

  Parking is a nightmare here with so many spots designated accessible or for charging you have you park in the back of the hotel if you get back anytime after 4:00. Then, the back door doesn't open with the key, which forced me to have to walk ALL THE WAY around the hotel to a front door, in the dark, in the cold, just weeks after foot surgery! I walked by EIGHT of the described designated spots on my journey to the front door that were all OPEN, and I didn’t even count the open designated spots in the front of the hotel! There are also a high number of construction worker trucks taking up many of any remaining spaces in back, some taking up two spaces, so even parking in the back is a challenge. Fortunately the rooms are very clean, but I will never ever stay here again.
