  I needed a place where I didn't worry about things stolen from back of truck and it was a described with good lighting, cameras and I slept well

  Very helpful staff. It's a bit of a drive to anything, but that also makes it comfortable feeling. I will definitely stay here every time I come to town.

  The front desk gentleman was outstanding! Very helpful with our questions, very friendly. We were traveling with 2 dogs , and I did not have to ask, he assigned us a room on the ground for close to the exit door, and we were able to park right there. I'm very grateful for that. The room was clean, the bed nice and firm. It's a basic room and that's all we needed for the night. My only, um, observation (not a complaint), is that on arrival, our room temp was 81F! Considering it's winter, it was 4F outside at home when we left this morning, and I keep my home thermostat at 61F, *and* I'm postmenopausal, I was immediately roasting! I know this is a hugely personal thing, thus not a complaint, but my family is all laughing at me, as no one else is too hot! Lol

  First room, i could hear the man across the hall all the way down the hall to the other end of the building. So, I asked for another room, and they gave me one where the furniture was gross and was definitely not worth $96. I've called 10 times. They've repeatedly lied, ignored emails, said they would refund half and now nothing. I would NEVER consider this place a Best Western Plus . It was worse than a roach motel. I didn't want to have to leave such a review, but they left me no choice. No other hotel has ever refused a refund when I walked in and decided not to stay. Don't even consider staying here. Keep driving to the next decent place, because this is worse than anything. The customer relations is disgusting. You'd rather keep my money when i didn't stay. And your room was grotesque. Shame on you.

  Nice place clean friendly staff
