  This is the best location we have stayed at in a very long time. Our room is comfy and reminiscent of home. Clean sheets, furnishings, and just the surroundings altogether are well taken care of. Not to mention the staff was helpful and caring which really made a difference. 10 out of 10 would stay again 😃

  March 2026...definitely disappointed in this room for what I expect from a Holiday Inn Express and for how much I paid for the room. This hotel is not modern in any way, from the furniture, to the carpet, to the blinds, to the lamps, to the TV's. There are no outlets/USB ports next to the bed to plug your phone into. The shower has some kind of rust stains in it. The carpet does have some stains (at least in my room) like others have mentioned. The elevators have this weird wood paneling on the walls that I've never seen before lol. Like others have said, it feels like you've stepped into a hotel from the early 1990's. They're in the middle of a renovation, but they have a looong way to go to make this hotel even resemble a Holiday Inn Express of 2026 standards. I actually think this was another hotel previously that was purchased by IHG because the skeleton of an old sign is still standing outside the hotel which hasn't even been taken down yet. If you're looking for a hotel with all of the modern amenities of today, this is not the one you want. I will say however, the people were nice, it was clean (except for stains that can't be cleaned), the bedding looked modern, and the WiFi was good.

  I had items stolen from my room. Management did nothing to help me find my items. Housekeeper just said it wasn’t there and that was it.

  Welcome to 1975. I have a plaid couch that is stained and worn out. There are stains on the carpet. The furniture does not match and the room has a weird smell to it. I can’t believe I’m paying &170 for this room. Total ripoff.

  This app was very nice very helpful very polite and I would definitely return there. The place had a very nice pool indoor pool heated and it was nice and warm in the pool room considering it being 20° outside and even had a a workout gym which was nice. The rooms were kept very clean beds were made and very soft very comfortable and the rooms were nice and cozy. They were a little small. The breakfast was okay I have had better. Food quality was pretty low actually that was the only thing that I didn't really care for. Overall experience I would definitely return to this hotel again if needed.
