- LGLisa GerardFeb 27, 20261.0We made a reservation and when we arrived we were told our reservation had been moved to the attached Comfort Inn. No reason was provided. We were told we would receive a $35 refund but it wasn’t explained that we would have to fully pay for the room at the Comfort Inn and the reservation at the Holiday Inn Express were be canceled and refunded so not really an amount off for the inconvenience. We weren’t given the same room type either. One king bed for 3 adults.

The entire team was kind and accommodating, but Cindy deserves special recognition. Her hospitality was exceptional, particularly her kindness toward our children. It made a significant difference in our experience. We appreciate the warmth and high standards of this hotel and look forward to returning.

When i went down to talk to them not even 10 minutes into checking in when i checked my banking account they charged me for my room again (which was over $300). The manager, Haley, told me she got it canceled and I would receive the funds back “when the audit clears” the next morning, when I woke up that following morning I checked and did not receive them back and went back down to talk with them about it - the gentleman I did talk to was very friendly and told me no one had voided the transaction so Haley lied about that and he voided my transaction. No free breakfast when it’s stated when we booked there was the breakfast with it. We will not return.
