My car was towed from the hotel parking lot during my stay, costing me $200 to retrieve, even though I was a registered guest and there was no clear warning. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a recurring problem, which shows complete inaction by ownership and a lack of care for customers.
The hotel also allowed non-guests into the free breakfast area, and one individual harassed me on my way to my car in the parking lot, which felt unsafe given that groups of non-guests were outside all night drinking in the parking, starting from when I arrived around 10 p.m. until I left at 6 a.m.
Hilton offered me 5,000 Honors points as compensation, which was kind, but it does not equate to the $200 cost I incurred due to their mistake.
Overall, I cannot recommend this property due to the towing and safety issues.
