That said, the service really stood out. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. It honestly felt like a family-owned or operated place because of how personal and attentive they were. Every time we passed the front desk, they politely checked in to see if we needed anything. At first, they may come across as a bit reserved, but they are genuinely warm, courteous, and helpful. Overall, while the property could use some cosmetic improvements, the outstanding service made the stay very pleasant.

But I had to stay over the weekend and that's when the trouble happened. Went to bed Saturday night. Sunday morning the cops were knocking on my door. Someone stole all four of my tires! Management reached out once and then never answered back when I tried calling back. Had to buy new rims and tires and pay a company to install them in the parking lot as it was on cinder blocks. Insurance is probably not going to pay out the amount I paid, and it doesn't look like anyone cares.
