- BSBryt Supalight5 days ago5.0Im surprised it has such low reviews because I enjoy staying here. Its one of the better hotels in the area for sure. The staff is always friendly. The breakfast is free. There is a pool and plenty of parking. Rooms are a little small but not bad

- ACAdam CareyOct 14, 20251.0God forbid you notice a billing discrepancy. I was charged for an additional night AFTER I checked out. I was patient with them for the first two requests to fix this. On the third time, things got heated. They have FINALLY refunded a partial of what is owed. Another problem involved me being there for work for 10/11 nights. My original reservation was for the government rate. I checked out for one night, and then checked back in. They assigned me a new rate that was higher than the government rate. I have asked for a refund on this and they refuse. I have filed a dispute with my bank and will update this post when the matter has been resolved. What their management doesn't know is that my company is slated to be sending people back to this area for long hotel stays during the next two summers. My project manager and I have instructed our people to not book this hotel until the matter is cleared.

We was the last room by the exit door and that's all we could hear all night was that door opening and slamming shut all night. When brought all this up to the front desk they acted like they know all this but nothing is being done. Would no be back. Very disappointed
