But what really made our stay more than exceptional was the front desk clerk Nicole, she was more than patient and kind, showing compassion and being more than helpful, going above and beyond to help after a reservation mix up with priceline left us without a reservation! She singlehandedly saved my kids birthday! She is an angel and ill forever be grateful!
