Upon checking in I let the assistant manger know that it was my daughter's birthday & he asked how many little girls were staying the night & I let him know 2 little girls would be staying the night. I reserved the junior suite so we would have enough room. I also personally knew the front desk lady Kristen & she let me know that she was working all evening and I could have a birthday party for my daughter that she was able to authorize permission. She said since we has a party last year & cleaned up it was no issue. She not only told me this but my mother as well. While we were sitting up the party several workers had walked by including the assistant, manager, Kristen, & even maintenance staff. At no point did anyone tell me I couldn't have a birthday party for my daughter or I would have not had one. Upon checking out I made sure the room was clean & even took out the trash. My card should have only been charged $170.20 for the room I reserved but they charged $150, and an additional $195. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS HOTEL & UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES!!!!!!!!!!

Kristin, one of the front desk clerks, was amazing However, the day time male clerk was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. I was staying over several weeks for work. I was approved a noon check out. Starting at 11am, this clerk would call my room over and over asking when I was leaving. This happened on more than one occasion. Finally, the last day I stayed here, the clerk started calling my room at 11am and called 7 or 8 times, despite me having a noon check out. I was startled by him ENTERING MY ROOM without permission while I was NAKED and changing clothes. It was 11:29 am and this clerk told me it was noon and I needed to check out because it was "around noon." I literally cannot believe he came into my room like that. I cancelled all future stays with this hotel and I will never be back!

We stopped anyways and asked if they happened to have anything. Kristin at the front desk was so accommodating! She is truly an angel! She helped us get everything we needed including a room and cot. The hotel and rooms were clean and beautiful. As a mom with kiddos, I can’t say enough. Thank you Kristin for being a great first face for this hotel!
