    My family stayed at this hotel January 10, 2026 in room 114. This critter crawled across our bed. I took the photos to the front desk where I was told this is a “tree bug” they come inside when it’s cold. It’s January and it’s been cold for months, Sir. The front desk gentleman then came in our room with a handheld vacuum to get the “tree bug.” No efforts were made to rectify the situation and I spent my Sunday sanitizing and heat treating everything brought in the room. Stay away from this hotel!!!

    For someone that is always on the road and pretty much lives in hotels. I have to give this one 5 stars. I stayed at Fairfield in and Holiday Inn here in Anderson and moved because this hotel is kept clean. Has cameras watching the parking lot, the staff are always polite and management will go out of their way to accommodate guest to keep them their or coming back. One of the only hotels that actually have staff make your breakfast plate so a hundred other people haven't touched everything you touch. Highly recommended.

    This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Our room was clean and beautiful and the staff very friendly. Also the price was very reasonable.

    Excellent stay! Very clean rooms, very clean and renovated interior area, very friendly staff, and nice breakfast. Good price. Will be our go-to hotel when traveling to northern Indiana.
