  There were cracks in the flooring,, it was chipping in some places which made us not want to walk barefoot. It actually snagged my sock and almost cut my foot open. There was cracks in the walls of the shower also which were dirty. It was noisy due to the traffic out the window (could be more sound insulated.) I had asked for extra towels and pillows when I checked in and they were not in the room. We noticed a cockroach (yes a cockroach) run across the floor from the bathroom to the TV stand. We tried to call and get another hotel but it was after 9:30 pm at night (places were booked) and we were tired from a long day and then the drive there. We decided to stay to give it a chance. We made sure to keep all food in the refrigerator and kept our bags closed. We were gone all during the day and returned to stay for the second night and again we noticed another cock roach run across the floor. At this point we were like we will never stay here again, we did go to sleep hoping there would be no more. We asked for a laundry bag and they were out, and then asked for a garbage bag, it was so flimsy it ripped easily. We did like the shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion they were nice and worked well. The only good thing was the hot tub was clean, had great water pressure and the water was hot. So hot it almost burned our feet when starting to fill the hot tub. This hotel was rated 4 stars and above and I wouldn't give it 2 stars.

  Professional service,clean room 👍 refrigerator and coffee machine. Treadmill, stair stepper machine, and barbells. Breakfast was great, location was safe and sound.

  Sarah and Krishna are very awesome and have strong customer service. They are not judgemental and they actually help current and past customers there. The prices to the room due to these times are going to be high I do wish it was lower starting from $75 at least but I understand why they are a little higher then usual. The place is very clean and the house keepers does it all. They are the ones cooking for breakfast and cleaning the rooms. I hope their pay is very high for that. The same maintenance man that they use knows how to unclog toilets and showers very fast and efficient. The property owner is not Judgemental either. I personally don't appreciate two of the workers there in the afternoon/evening shift. One of them is an older woman that is very nosey and judgemental. The other one is a younger guy that makes up rules and that judges people when he is looking and then talking to them. Sending anyone out in the cold and doesn't have patience. If your quiet waiting for a car ride he will ask you not to wait in the breakfast area. Same with the older Chinese woman. My partner and I are waiting charging our phones and let me remind you there are CAMERAS in there and we are not causing any disturbance whatsoever. Krishna and Sarah has no issues with us waiting for our rides in that area and sarah was nice enough to take our change to get another bottle of water. Those two people need to LEARN from Krishna and Sarah big time. The rooms and area are not bad whatsoever. I just wish also the bathroom was bigger because it is small unfortunately. I wonder why they made it like that but that's another thing that sucks. The WiFi here is great and have no issues here while connecting with TV and phones at the same time. We love when people make us feel comfortable and that treats us with respect instead of judging and looking at us like we are criminals. Which we aren't. I am not saying that they need to be fired, they can definitely change but they need to learn from their coworkers and know that customers like us doesn't cause issues. The location is very nice because it's behind everything and having its own parking lot is very nice. I don't feel like it's too crowded or anything like that. So once again THANK YOU SARAH & KRISHNA. PARNTER AND I LOVE YU. Asian woman and younger tan chubby man learn please and grow as a person. Show empathy and kindness during these disturbing times.

  Wonderful breakfast included with sausage, gravy & homemade omelette! Hot water and cold water in showers. Quiet hallways at night. Recently remodeled with upgraded flooring. Fabulous security. Safe. No riffraff like other nearby hotel across street. Comfortable bed to sleep in. Clean sheets. As a single female traveler in town to visit family, they took great care of me!
