  This will be kind of an odd review. Yes, the hotel was clean, comfy(I want their pillows) and yummy (the free breakfast)! The service is what puts this hotel above the rest though! We were there for a wedding (FRI-SUN stay), but my husband got hit with some last minute work. He HAD to have something in by 11:59pm that Sunday. They worked with us for a very late checkout Sunday so he could get everything in. :) That was only the last day of the great service we received! Before that, I had to request a couple things for my elderly In-Laws that were there with us. They were MORE than accommodating. Highly recommend for a vacation or business trip!!!!!!!

  DO NOT BOOK A BLOCK FOR YOUR WEDDING. My sister reserved a block for her wedding April 2026. When reserving, we confirmed we had the shuttle, as it was included FOR FREE with the block. When we checked in on Friday 4/3, the front desk staff confirmed our shuttle times for the next day. On Saturday 4/4, the day of the wedding, our guests were being told we did not have a shuttle for our wedding. The groom tried to deal with the situation only to be told there was no shuttle for us. When he asked what he should do or who to contact, the front desk offered zero help or suggestions. This led to the bridal party calling around to Elgin-area transportation companies at noon on the wedding day trying to get shuttle service for the guests that was promised. We managed to do this, but it cost $1,000 that was not planned for. This was completely unacceptable. The fact that they completely screwed us over on the DAY OF THE WEDDING and then offered no help or solution or anything was absolutely ridiculous. If I were getting married, I would NEVER book with Best Western. You may end up in our shoes and forced to find shuttle service 3 hours before the wedding.

  The hotel is very very nice. I will be returning. Not sure about the breakfast. Very clean. I gave 3 stars for service because they were very busy and only had one employee working the front desk.

  Rather let down. I was on vacation with my family and needed a place to stop on the way back home. My kids were excited for a chance to go swimming, but we found that the pool was out of order. Iunderstand that technical difficulties happen, but there was no warning at the front desk or on their website. We would have never stayed here if we had known. The rooms are nice and the lobby decor is very nice. However, nothing can really make up for the sinking faces on my kids when we read the out of order sign.

  I had a great experience staying at the Best Western. Khushi was incredibly helpful throughout my stay and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. She made sure I had all the necessities I needed and was always friendly, professional, and attentive. Her excellent customer service really made my stay more pleasant and comfortable. It’s always great to see staff who genuinely care about the guests’ experience. Thank you, Khushi, for making my stay such a positive one. I would definitely stay here again.
