  Justin -Lola- Tania and Ann was phenomenal check in with a breeze We came in to Chicago for my nephew's graduation the room was clean was loaded up with amenities We were able to take the a cab that the hotel sponsor which is only $5 per person We made it to the graduation in record time I just have to shout out these employees because they made our stay wonderful and I truly appreciate!!!!!!!!!!!!! Definitely recommend for families coming for Navy graduation located behind a plaza Walmart walking distance

  We flew from California and want to thank this wonderful Holiday Inn. We chose a suite, and it was very large and comfortable. We also picked this hotel because it is close to the base and because they provided transportation for my son’s graduation. We stayed for a week, and those days were very comfortable. The housekeeping staff were very kind and friendly to us. And the best part: the free breakfast is delicious, and they change the variety every day. After the graduation, my son enjoyed the hot pool and jacuzzi 100%. Also, on our last day we paid extra to check out at 6 p.m. and go straight to the airport, which was very convenient. I 100% recommend Holiday Inn to all the families who travel for their children’s graduation

  Our group stayed here for the night to attend a concert at the Genesee Theater. The libby and our rooms were nice and clean; service was friendly and fast. Very convenient location to numerous restaurants near also convenient to the theater. Recommend!

  We had an excellent stay at this hotel and would happily stay again and recommend to others. The check in was seamless, the facilities clean, and the beds comfortable. The pool was clean, and while it would have been nice to have the classic hot tub with bubbling effect, there was a sign explaining the local ordinance limitations and it was plenty hot and relaxing. The pool was missing a suction guard on the right side intake, but we forgot to tell the front desk. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had in awhile. Lots of options, all fresh, very clean. They repeatedly asked us if we needed anything. We had to ask for a bar of soap to wash our hands and the buttons on the elevator were frustrating (capacitive touch butttons). Very happy 😊

  I'm here to attend my son Navy graduation 。This hotel is very clean, the air conditioning is quiet, the shower water is very hot, and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the Great Lakes Base.😊
