We had to go to the next floor with dishes in our hands just to heat up our food—so inconvenient!. FIRST time living in the hotel room going either dishes of food back and forward. I think next step should to have one washroom for each floor to make it easier to clearing team. . Ice machine was only in the first floor. And pool was Nader construction. Paid breakfast with limited food and waiting. Do not recommend.
