The decor is stunning, the staff were great with our 4-year-old, and the rooms were very comfortable. This would make a great wedding venue, and we even said it would be somewhere nice for us to go sometime for a short get-away and also plan to recommend it to other family. The location is really convenient. My only comment would be that the pool is quite cold, but it's fine once you get used to it.
- LWLena WNov 14, 20255.0The look of this hotel is amazing! I loved the exposed brick, vaulted ceilings. The restaurant and bar we're both beautiful places to dine in. The staff was courteous and explained everything to me and made sure I enjoyed my stay.
- JEJörg EggersNov 10, 20252.0This hotel is some kind of miserable. Rooms the nice and also the pool. I liked the interior and makes feel home. What I did not like is that at checkout I was promised for a missed breakfast. Staff could not come today due to snow. When checking back, they pulled out and did not stand up for the compensation and denied it. I told them I will write an honest review. Here we go. Stay careful in promises made, have all in writing including employee name. They pull out otherwise. So the hotel has some plus and a huge minus.
- LLLiamNov 2, 20255.0Me and my old lady are locals from Urbana. We went to see how the renovation looked after all these years. We went for a look and ended up having a couple drinks at the bar. Jodi and Ryan were the stars of the show. At least 4 employees came to ask Jodi questions and she coached and smiled and did not miss a shake of the shaker. It was refreshing to see that customer service still exists. Plus the World Series was on and the drinks were perfect. We will be back.

I had called the hotel ahead of time and spoke to Jody the manager. She helped me with setting them up with a welcome drink at the bar.
