This was such a place of respite during a difficult time. The location was very close and convenient, the rooms were clean and comfortable, but most importantly the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The manager Maria, showed genuine concern, and really made a difference every step and it will be remembered. I can't recommend this place enough! - PS. Coffee lovers, the coffee is fresh 24/7, with a great coffee bar and it's included!

She was able to get me a very good rate at the last minute. She had mentioned something about doing her good deed for the day. It inspired me to do the same when I went to the restaurant next door. I bought a family of six their supper, anonymously. I needed to get the snow off of my vehicle at 4:30am. Mark was manning the front desk and preparing the breakfast. He was kind enough to borrow me his snow brush from his own vehicle. Very nice gesture. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that’s needing a room in Urbana, Illinois.
