- KSKate Searle1 day ago2.0I've stayed in a lot of Hiltons and this is the most uninspiring of all of them. Wifi was down for two days, customer service is lackluster. Rooms are clean but very dated. Soundproofing is very poor, bring a white noise machine. No gold member amenities offered. The only redeeming quality is the distance to the UIUC conference center. 20 mins walk to both downtown Urbana and Champaign.

Food wasn't great for breakfast and the rooms were not updated in a long, long time. In need of reservation unfortunately. Ladies at the desk were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and theirs a Perkins restaurant in the parking lot.

The sales manager also helped us scan some documents that were time sensitive. The hotel is outdated, but the staff made up for any shortcomings. Thank you ❤️
- WRWilliam RodriguezJan 26, 20263.0Always stay at Hamptons because of the refrigerator in rooms. Went out my way to stay here. Way off the interstate. Not convenient to stay. I have Meds that need refrigeration. Well this Hampton Inn is limited and must be requested during booking. Had to leave Meds in Lobby refrigerator because they could not accommodate me with a refrigerator. Diamond member with over 100 stays last year. Hilton/Hampton Inn not good at all. Lots of space and no microwave either. I don't need one but you might request if you need. $50 incidental fee tacked on your bill when checking in. Refunded on check out, so why charge it? Hold the card number for any additional charges. It's in the system when I pay for the room. Good luck.

From the management to the support team, each and every staff are very hardworking, kind, friendly and very helpful… Must say super clean rooms and there’s something magical about their pillows, so comfortable to sleep on… Great breakfast menu, clean rooms and ideal safe location from the U of I college campus and restaurants and shopping centers nearby… Thank you Maria and her team for making us feel so comfortable, helpful and also for the supportive caring staff… We simply can’t thank you enough… 210% recommended for this hotel!!! Forever Grateful ❤️
