We walked in after our convention with one of us talking at a normal volume and he patronized us saying, “You guys CANNOT be talking at that volume at this hour. ONE complaint and your entire group are OUT (mind you the entire group consisted of 40 college students and also everyone else by our rooms were awake as well). We were afraid to even have a conversation in our OWN rooms, because god forbid we talk past 10 pm. Also one of our group members went to the desk to get a key to another room and the front desk just gave it to her without asking for any form of id or anything. Very very dangerous ! That might manager needs to get off his high horse and stop power tripping.

Great location, close to everything, the staff was really friendly, and the room was nice and clean. We were there with our pet and they made sure we were in a room close to the exit for easy in and out for our doggo.

And housekeeping is knocking on the door at 8:30 am, I guess because they want to go home early? I am so unhappy about this. Otherwise, it’s a good value. I have stayed here two other times with no problems, so 3 stars instead of 1 .
