Especially Megan. This hope is luck to have them, because the wifi in my room is still not working, after 8 days or so. The only disappointment has been the room itself. There is a lack of air, and no wifi connection, which leaves me feeling stranded in Tinley Park. That’s the only critique I have for this hotel. Dave at the front desk can be kind of rude sometimes, but I think he means well. Apparently it’s his job to fix the wifi, and every time I’m directed towards him he ignores me. It’s good to have other great staff like Raj, and Tony, as well as the Manager Kim. She does a great job too. Thanks for a great stay! Ps., they have a pool 🏊♂️

But can you believe a Holiday inn that does not have any free coffee in the lobby is still operating? That's just crazy. There is coffee in the room but then you're having to go up and down. Everything else is great!
