I’m not sure what the issue was or if prior things had taken place between my friend and the security but the overnight security lacked professionalism immensely. The way he spoke to us and hovered was unnecessary and uncalled for. I did catch a full name but it was a younger black gentleman with a haircut whom works overnight. The hotel was very pleasant and the amenities probably would’ve been nice to use but I think some work needs to be done with the customer service and training on how to deal with the public.

Acknowledge diamond member status, but no upgrade offered after a quick surge upgrade was available.
