Our room is quite comfy, All the employees are very pleasant, friendly, efficient and professional. Our room is very clean, roomy and quiet with everything we need. The people that keep our room clean and tidy are very pleasant and thorough. Breakfast is great as well. As To the negative comment left from Ms. Mitten and her cheer leader group last week- I wish she would have not allowed all those little darlings to run through the hallways yelling until 10 pm and again at 5 am disturbing the rest of us during their stay while the very patient employees tried extremely hard to maintain some kind of discipline in the hotel just short of asking them all to leave. And no, this hotel has NO bugs. I have seen none anywhere in the three months I have been here. Best Western - Sycamore, You're Awesome!

Very comfortable, clean and large rooms. My only complaint was the bathroom mirror lighting. Terribly insufficient. Women need light for applying makeup. I was in town for a competition and had a hard time applying makeup. That was super annoying. The mirror has a backlight that is more of a night light than lighting one would expect. But other than that. It was a very comfortable stay.

We stayed here for a cheer competition, and although a few front desk staff members were helpful when they were actually available, we experienced multiple serious issues. First, the hotel staff was unreachable—both by external phone and by the in-room phones. Their own employees even said they couldn’t reach the front desk. The internet was down for our entire stay. There was also a bed bug infestation. We had reservations for the following weekend and wanted to cancel. Our agreement clearly stated that cancellations were refundable, but the hotel went back on that policy without providing any explanation or clarification.

Love this place highly recommend! Will be back next time I'm in town! Big thanks to the staff at Best Western! You guys are great!
