- KSKathryn SlickApr 23, 20264.0We stayed here a few weeks ago. We initially were placed in a two bedroom suite on the 2nd floor. It did not smell great, the toilet was clogged when we got there and the garbage disposal was broken with old food remnants in it. We had called about the toilet and a very hardworking man named Patrick came to assist. He did everything he could to fix it but alas it was broken. He pretty quickly assessed the situation and determined we needed a different room. He went above and beyond to make sure we were placed in the same level of room and that the new room was completely issue free. I cannot say enough good things about Patrick. He was kind, professional and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but it is clean and the breakfast is great. The pool was nice and warm which is a plus considering there is no hot tub.
