Don't expect breakfast, sat for an hour for the man to refill items that were out. All he did was get eggs and 4 biscuits. Took a break while guests sat there with nothing to eat. Windows in room don't shut or lock. The self pour beverages did not work. Pool area was nasty dirty. All staff there have no clue what is going on. Will never stay here again and definitely do not recommend. The only good thing was that it was quiet and the location.

- ZCZach ColesAug 17, 20251.0We did not have a good stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We booked a 1 bedroom suite for the weekend. Upon arriving, our room was musty and very dirty. The windows had mold around them and the doors in the room didn't close properly. Shortly after unpacking we found out the room had ants in it too. We asked the front desk to address the ants, but after they had come and gone, there was no change. They were in the kitchen area and bathroom. The rest of the hotel was not clean either. The stairwells to the various floors had bugs and garbage scattered about. And one of the external doors to the hotel didnt lock and could be opened easily without a key card. Overall, for the price we paid, this was one of the worst hotels we have stayed at. If you have the luxury of looking around Springfield for a hotel, avoid this one.
