Aaron at the front desk was great. Awesome vibes the second you walk in the front door. super accommodating and helpful! Got us in ground floor rooms and right away no waiting around!

I have stayed at Spark three times now. And, honestly, after my first visit, I had little reason to give it another try. But, I'm an optimist, so I gave it another try. I drove 200 miles and was ready to find a hotel room and hoped I could find one at Spark. Harsh is the ideal person to work in customer service. He greeted me with a smile and quickly found me a room - the last one available! The room was in good shape and the plumbing worked (unlike my first visit!). So, when I found myself near Springfield the following night, I took another chance and was again greeted with a welcoming smile from Harsh, who remembered my name! Spark, you have an excellent employee and you should probably give him a raise or promotion!

Excellent mattress; great sleeping; quiet. Clean with attention to detail. Breakfast had good variety for the Sparks brand. We trust the Hilton name & find their hotels to consistently meet our expectations. Other hotel chains are getting sloppy. Please don't follow their trends & keep your hotels up-to-date and detailed well.

Overall a great experience. Unfortunately there was some water damage above my shower and the door to my bathroom didn't close quite right. I reported the issues at checkout and they said they would take care of them. A-Aron at check in was amazing! Great customer service! The guy at check out was nice as well. I didn't catch his name though. Breakfast was basic breakfast, but had a wide selection of items (bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal).

Well I love the online check in. Whisk in right to my room. I’m usually traveling for work and bring food for my shifts, so the tiny mini fridge was kind of a bummer. Room was quiet enough. Location was fine. No complaints aside from no microwave and small mini fridge. Bed was comfy. Shore was fine
