- STSmile TodayNov 1, 20255.0Clean, comfortable cozy beds, the front desk attendant went above and beyond in my opinion, our son forgot hos toothbrush so I came down to see if they sold any in their pantry but they didnt. HOWEVER the attendant went to a stock closet and kindly gave me one. The little things make the biggest difference sometimes. This is now our hotel whenever we stay in Springfield for my husband's work events. :) Thanks Spark!

The place looked newish and renovated, yet somehow managed to look but up and run down. Everything about it was sloppy and poorly maintained, and the breakfast was minimal. Yes it was cheap, but the extra money for a Hampton is worth it.

Their indoor pool was an older but well maintained pool, but really needed much better ladders or the addition of steps for easier access and egress. The ladders were actually painful to use. Their bagel (no hot food) breakfast was okay but sparse. The lobby area was new and modern with coffee available. There were no coffee makers or microwaves in the room.
