  My room faced the main road but noise levels were managed well. Curtains and insulation helped maintain privacy and comfort. Housekeeping conducted service at a convenient time after confirming with me. Staff interaction was polite and professional.

  Ok hotel. Higher management are not helpful. Hard to deal with and unqualified they are not professional and unable to possess the minimumal skills to run a hotel effectively nor efficiently. The regular staff are where wonderful to deal with.

  I usually stay in 5 stars Hilton hotels and this one was my option for one night stay. Unfortunately it is not 5 star hotel for many reasons mentioned by unsatisfied customers leaving reviews before me. My worse experience here was 8am visit of hotel manager for noice complain when I was watching a hotel tv. Well, I noticed that rooms were not renovated or improved at least for 50 years and walls might transfer too much sound and I lowered the tv boluem to approximately 1/3 on overall scale. Not more than 5 minutes later same manager arrived with same noise complaint. Well, the only option was to turn tv off because it was not possible to use it. Mr.Brian Young, the manager, was very rude from beginning to end, making my stay in the hotel impossible anymore. There is a reason I saty in 5 stars hotels and one and most important to me is to be threatened nicely with respect, but not mr.Brian Young. I am also a disabled person, I cannot walk and constant visits of Mr.Young were done during my showering, when walking in and out of it was a challenge when heard knocking to my hotel doors. Please stay away from this hotel at all cost, my friends and coworkers will be well informed about how bad experience it was. With Regards: Daniel P. From Chicago IL

  Diamond member here. I travel to many different Hilton locations and have to make a comment on this stay. I really enjoy staying at this hotel for location. However, the front desk lady, Soza, is very unpleasant and ruins the Hilton experience. Speaks to customers in a condescending manner and is not helpful. I personally can brush it off but I saw her mistreat an older gentleman in a similar manner. She is not a positive representative of Hilton hotels.
