I stayed here for a reward night and was initially impressed by the freshness of this property; the rooms and carpets are notably clean. However, the experience went downhill quickly. Despite my Hilton Gold status, there was no recognition or welcome at check-in. I had to specifically ask for my member benefits; they eventually provided water, but snacks were 'unavailable.'
The room itself had a few bugs, which was disappointing. More frustratingly, both the shampoo and shower gel dispensers were completely empty—clear evidence that housekeeping isn't doing a thorough turnover between guests. This hotel has so much potential given the facility, but the management needs to drastically improve service standards and attention to detail.

The suite I stayed in was spacious and updated like a Hilton should be. I stayed for two nights on rewards points. Once I arrive because I’m a Hilton member I used the phone key feature and checked into my room. One of the elevators was down so I just used the one to carry my food and clothes upstairs with the dolly’s provided out front. When I got to the room there was a welcome screen and QR code on the tv. Once I scanned it it took me to an unfinished website for the hotel with information that was not accurate for the location. There were no stove top burner or pots and pans for cooking as advertised on the website. They did however provide a message saying if you needed to use these items you could stop by the desk and borrow them from the desk free of charge. I went down to the desk and ask to borrow the burner and pans for cooking and the young lady was on her iphone on FaceTime and handed me the bag with the burner and pans and told me there was a $400 hold that would be placed on my card on file until I return the bag to the front desk after use. I go up to my room and cook my food and a few hours later come back down to return the bag to the same young lady who is still on her phone sitting on the room behind the front desk where employees are. I politely said excuse me so she could see I was at the desk and kindly handed her the bag with the burner and pots and pans through the door way. I got back up to my room to shower and notice there was trash from the previous stay in the can next to the sink. Fast forward to check out day I am actually greeted by someone at the desk in the two days I’ve been staying there and tell her I’m checking out she offers me a recipe and I say email is fine and leave. Two weeks later I get a charge on my card for $400. I email the hotel to try to address the concern and the manager Jose replied to me and says you were charged for the pots and pans you never returned. I explain to him via email the circumstances and everything and he doesn’t reply. I call the next day and ask for the manager. I speak with Jose on the phone and he tells me that he looked through six hours of footage and he sees me pick up the pans and goes to my room but he never sees me leave my room again until my check out (which is a lie because Im here for work for two days so I do leave and come back outside of the time I left to return the pots and pans two hour after I used them). He then puts me on hold for about 5mins and comes back and confirms there is no footage of me retuning the pots and pans and therefore the $400 will remain charged to my account. I explain in detail with time frame ranges of when I went downstairs and retrieved the bag, a brief description of the young lady who I gave the bag to and how she was on her phone both times and he insisted that he had spoken with this young lady and she confirmed I never returned the pots and pans! I’m baffled on his attempt to gaslight me and tell me that I did not return these things I used and even had told me a spoke with the employee working and she confirmed I never returned them. I ask him if there is anything else that can be done about this and he tells me no and that he’s sorry. I hang up on him and call corprate Hilton and explain the situation. The representative Vicky created a case number and was very helpful and provided me with a case number and follow up information on when to expect to hear back from Hilton. A few hours later I get an email from Jose saying they reviewed the footage and saw me return the pans so they will reimburse me the $400. I’m not speculating anything just explaining what happened so you as the reviewer can know my experience.

Newer hotel with very good rooms. Room was larger than ordinary hotel room. Frig and microwave in the room. The location was perfect for the business I was visiting.

Pristine and very clean! Its also close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. Will be back for sure!

incredible establishment, the rooms were giant. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly very clean establishment overall just a great place and shockingly a good deal. You can get a great deal. Here is a great establishment. Unfortunately, you have to stay in Springfield Illinois, but nothing can be perfect I guess. The room was so nice. In fact that I woke up. I thought I was in a better Springfield.
