The escalator to go down was torn apart I was there for a three day seminar and really expected this place to be a beautiful not run down hotel. I will be back next year for a seminar again and I believe I will be staying somewhere else. Unless they bring this place back to what it should be

Their catering was phenomenal, rooms were clean and the service was exceptional! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming throughout our wedding weekend at the hotel. I highly recommend them for any event services you may need.

Any sort of hiccup was fixed quickly and meant the world to myself and our families. Zach, event manager, could not have been more helpful during this process. We highly recommend that you stay here and host your events with the Crowne. They will always take care of you!
