  Went here for a wedding expo for my niece. It was set up nicely and lots of vendors. Really helped to be bride's get an idea of all the moving parts of putting together the wedding of their dreams. Everything from dj music, invitations,dresses,food,photographer,tuxedos,and everything else you could think of under 1 roof. We had a great time and lots of laughs

  Booked a room calling the hotel number and connected to their reservation line. Booked a room for two nights using clc card and everything was fine. Day of check in i recieve a call from the front desk gentleman who was very rude stating he couldn't accommodate me so he canceled my stay. I stay in hotels every single weekend using the clc card and have never had an issue. This gentleman was rude and condescending. I will never stay at Crowne Plaza. My advice find friendlier people to manage your calls.

  I want to like this place but it seems extremely mismanaged. To start, the check in is on the second floor, this makes its extremely inconvenient for no apparent reason. While I was there we had one bartender, one escalator, and what appeared to be one elevator working. There was a military event and a gala taking place and only one bartender working. No idea why but that's what happened. We ended up leaving and went to an actual bar. The prices at the bar were extremely overpriced, if they were within 30% of normal bar prices, I would have stayed but some drinks were twice as much as any other bar. I'm talking these prices were priced the same as Nashville. The elevators sometimes never stopped on the floor it seemed and you were better off going up and then coming back down. I think 2 were working but even then it seemed only 1 was working. The escalator broke down, I get it and that's fine. I can deal with technical issues and I'm glad they fixed it within a few hours. It was just really inconvenient, especially when the escalator to get to the second floor for check in was broken. I had to decide between walking up stairs with my luggage or sitting and waiting for 10 minute for the elevator. The rooms also leave much to be desired with what looks to be a finish on the toilet seat peeling off as well as in the bathtub. Went to have breakfast and it was pretty solid. 17$ solid? No, not even close. They also had their payment system go down and it was charge to the room or cash only. I'd steer clear of this place if possible. Until they can figure out what they need to prioritize and fix, I cannot recommend this place at all.

  We stayed here for the 2026 IAAF convention, the hotel is nice, the housekeeping and front desk staff were beyond great! I would definitely say that the rooms could use a little updating, like the ceiling in the bathroom, maybe a new tub, and maybe the carpet in the hallway could get redone. Other than that, the beds and the rest of the room was excellent! The new carpet on the third floor looks awesome as well. I am glad they are starting to work on improvements to make guest experience better. We can’t wait to stay at the Crowne Plaza next year for the 2027 IAAF Convention!
