She was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind — the type of person who turns a good experience into a great one. The hotel itself was immaculately clean from top to bottom, both inside and out. Every detail, from the fresh linens to the well-kept lobby, showed how much care goes into maintaining this property. They’ve thought of everything — all the necessities and little touches that make for an enjoyable and stress-free stay. I’m genuinely impressed and will absolutely be returning. Definitely will stay at this location again and Highly Recommend to anyone traveling through Springfield.
