  The door lock stopped working and we were locked out which made me very late for an appointment

  Traveled here with a 12U sports team. Attempted to make a block of rooms for our parents to book through, which seemed to start out smooth and helpful. Wrong! Rooms were booked under wrong names. Some rooms were given away before we arrived so not everyone could stay. Reservation emails were incorrect or never received. Check-in was a NIGHTMARE!…copies of papers out of a binder and slowwww. Once checked in the front desk gal was harassing our group of parents as we were blamed for noise and gathering in the lobby when another sport group was obviously there HOURS before us drinking and having a good time. It wasn’t until we arrived we were threatened with being asked to leave if we sat in the lobby area! Ridiculous!! Rooms were extremely out dated and falling apart. Decided I should probably officially “check out” so that I could see a detailed list of room billing…yet another ordeal and couldn’t even email, luckily got a correct bill receipt printed. Holiday Inn Express should be concerned of their name with this particular place.

  Unfortunately I had to stay in this hotel for 2 nights. My carpet was full of stains, my curtains were dry rotted and falling apart, the tile in my bathroom were cracked and moved while I stepped on them. The shower head was green and full of calcium deposits. The liner of the bathtub was cracked and chipped and was coming off in chunks. I stay in plenty of hotels for work and this is by far one of the worst I have ever experienced.

  May as well pull the Holiday Inn branding off and replace it with Super 8. The breakfast is about the only thing that felt Holiday Innish. Bathroom tiles coming loose. Curtains ripped up. AC not working. Some rooms were clean. Some weren't. One room had a hole in the floor. We had 5 rooms. All had issues. By far outdated. There's a Sleep Inn essentially right next door that is newer and nicer.

  Staff was very friendly. Hotel was disappointing. First room we checked into after unpacking and going to dinner. We came back to find popcorn and salt on the sheets which were very dirty and had obviously not been changed. Second room we were moved to had a PTAC HVAC unit that sounded like someone beating on a trash can when it came on. Room was dirty. Not a pleasant stay for normal Holiday Inn's.
