Great stay, a lot of perks. Only issue was low water pressure and spotty Internet. Might be because we're on the 2nd floor, but we pay the same price as the 1st. Worth coming back to though.

Staying here now. Room smells terrible. Carpet VERY old the hallway. Bathroom is meh….room paint chipping. Check in was very slow and they tried to add on additional $40. It is very obvious management is ignoring this property.
UPDATE: we did not check in early at all for our reservation. We checked in hours after the posted “check-in” time. Not sure why that was brought up in your response.

It used to be a really nice hotel with an indoor pool. Not anymore . They will lie about the rates so make sure to book online. I had a stay in Aug and woke up to bugs in my bed . The manager Mr Findlay sent an email saying they had refunded my money back in August still haven’t gotten the refund! Horrible customer service

Keep your money in your pocket and do not stay at this hotel it was an awful experience the first room we were by expressway. So Marcel moved us to another room . On Saturday it rained the TV was out of order we called down to speak with Harry he hung the phone up on us the second call he said he would call back we never heard from him I went downstairs I was informed that he didn't know when it was going to be repaired and he said it's probably going to be on Monday and I told him I was checking out it's only acceptable
