    Overall stay was ok. However, I booked through a 3rd party but was still charged directly from the hotel. I’ve called multiple times and was told a manager would call me back, but it has been 3 days and no call back. The last 2 days that I’ve called, the call now goes to voicemail, regardless if I call in the morning, afternoon or evening.

    Booked thru a third party expecting the stay to be worth the value....the room wasn't as expected, the pool and hot tub were nice looking from room view but dirty up close, and housekeeping was the worst. No bedding for the pullout and waited for an hour+ just for clean towels to shower before discharge. If booked directly through Hilton you get a breakfast ticket located in the bar Louie located inside. I forgot the night shift front desk rep's name but he was very endearing... the best part of the check in. Was there for a few hours but probably won't book again.

    I stayed at this hotel last weekend for 2 nights and had exceptional service during my entire stay. The layout of the hotel is a huge puzzle to solve when you first arrive, but you'll get the hang of it. A special thanks to the desk staff who are especially helpful, especially SHAMEER who went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one.

    Hotel is great. The bartenders and the lounge are miserable. I was kicked out for breaking my own food in because they would not serve me. I was sitting there waiting 10 to 15 minutes and the first person when I talked to him just walked right by me, you’re the bathroom didn’t even say hi nothing then came back and says you can’t bring your own food in here I wasn’t gonna but if you’re not gonna take my order, I’m gonna.

    OUR ROOM TODAY HAS NO HEATER THEY JUST GAVE US A STANDING HEATER THAT NOT EVEN DOING ANYTHING. MICROWAVE IS NOT WORKING ! KEURIG NOT WORKING.! THE CURTAIN SO DIRTY LIKE HAS A SLOB! THE CARPET IS DIRTY! THE WORST PART IS THE SERVICE! I WENT TO ASK HOT WATER THE STAFF IS SAYING HE IS BUSY CANNOT GET ME HOT WATER THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE WERE NOT ACCOMMODATING! BEING A PLATINUM ELITE FOR IHG IS NOT REALLY A BIG DEAL BECAUSE THEY DON’t CARE IF U R! IF ONLY THE CONVENTION IS NOT IN THIS HOTEL I WILL NEVER STAY HERE! IF THERE IS A “0” STAR, that is this HOTEL!! OVERALL!!
