My room was nice and clean. My bed was comfy as the best ever it was nice and quiet. I enjoyed the hot tub and then went to sleep. It was a great experience for me for being on the road but beware they do charge $150 to park here if you are a big truck like me.

Pésimo hotel
Me tuve que cambiar no aguante ni una noche
Todo horrible
Olor sucio vomito
Y ruido hasta las 3 de la mañana
Si vas a esta zona paga un poco más y vete al double tree un hotel decente y normal

Trust the google reviews, the hotel is an absolute dump. Couldn’t offer me the room I booked upon checking in, issues with hot water, poor air circulation in the rooms (including bathrooms), music blasting first thing in the morning, and that’s just to start. Definitely better options in the area.

Puros hombres y mujeres borrachos
Nos agredieron verbalmente nos discriminaron
Nos daba miedo salir al pasillo
Habían gente corriendo en los en los pasillos con carritos de limpieza
Un asco de hotel
No pude tomar mas fotos ni videos por seguridad pero es terrible

I have family in town and recommended this property for their stay. Their first night was fine but when they woke up in the morning they had no hot water. By 9:00 a.m. they still had no hot water so they took cold showers because they needed to leave. When they got back at night they said the water was fixed. They checked and there was hot water. This morning there was no hot water again. They were offered a different room and free breakfast as compensation for the inconvenience. They got dressed quickly without their showers because breakfast ended at 10:00 a.m. and they wanted to make sure they were able to get something. On their way up to their room to shower and get ready for the day. They got stuck in the elevator for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes somebody got them out and the elevator was broken. Because of some health issues there unable to climb three flights of stairs so they we're stuck in the lobby until the elevator was fixed. They were talking to some other guests and the guests told them that they told the front desk that the elevator was acting weird three different times. While the hotel seemed clean and up to date, it does seem like it is falling apart somehow.
Update - after they finally got up to their room and showered now their sink is clogged.
2nd update - room was never cleaned. Offered to clean "extra special" the next day but they are leaving! Also what does extra special mean?!. They asked if someone could bring towels and coffee up to the room but the desk clerk was by themselves (which has been said all week) and could not. My family asked what kind of compensation there could be for this horrible stay. They said they would contact management and have them call. No call yet.
3rd update - checked out this morning and still no contact with management. Front desk told them since they purchased the room through Expedia that they had to complain to Expedia and not to them because it had nothing to do with them...
Except that it has EVERYTHING to do with them. They were the problem not Expedia!
So ashamed since I recommended this hotel to them.
