HORRIBLE!!!
FILTHY!!!
Cockroaches!!!
We paid over $300 to stay two nights. The place was not cleaned or vacuumed the entire weekend. Same trash on the floor when we checked out that was there on check in. I never saw a cleaning cart or saw or heard a vacuum all weekend. Our room was dirty. Floor was not vacuumed in between guests, cufflink laying in middle of floor. Mirrors had stuff running down them that had dried on them, pic of one included. Dusty. Backsplash not cleaned. Picked up my phone Saturday night and it had a cockroach crawling across it. And that wasn’t the only one we saw. Tried to get washcloths from front desk and after a game of charades was given two hand towels and two bath mats so I just went and bought some. When I sent a formal complaint to corporate I was offered a somewhat lame apology and told 10,000 points would be added to our account. We DON’T HAVE an ACCOUNT. And after this don’t see myself ever staying in the brand again. Let me remind you, over $300 for two nights to stay in this disgusting, dirty, bug infested hotel. Maybe give me my money back would be much more appropriate.

Booked through hotels.com. Stayed for two nights the 11th through the 13th, had a late check in. When I came to check in around 10pm there was a wedding party going on, couldn't hear the music or anything from the room so that was nice. The interactions with the staff were respectful and helpful. That's honestly where the good things end for the stay. The initial room we were given was extremely stuffy with a very musty smell, and the ac could not get the room to be any cooler. We endured through it the first night but after coming back the next night, leaving the ac on the entire time we were gone, the room was still very hot and musty. There was also a dog bone under the bed, milk left in the fridge and hairs left in the tub. I would have been fine with that since it was late but we couldn't handle that heat another night. Front desk clerk was professional and offered an upgrade to a suite, which was appreciated. The ac in the suite worked much better, but the dirtiness and unkemptness followed suit. The suite was missing a coach cushion, there was again leftover stuff from a guests stay, and a bug crawled out from the counter. Both bed's pillows were so blown out your head just went right through them. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you have no other options. The breakfast that I paid to have each morning wasn't even worth it, very little protein options and nothing that noticably stood out as being noteworthy. I'm glad the staff were professional but they clearly need to stiffen up on their cleaning and attention to details.
