  The lady that was working at the checkout desk when we checked out this morning was super kind and very helpful I did not catch her name but I hope management realizes they have a very good worker.

  Parking lot not accommodating to trailers. Showers made a loud screeching sound when you turned the hot water on. Also the shower head was t getting good pressure because of super cheap tub faucet. Breakfast had biscuits and no gravy. I asked a simple question if there was gravy. Got a rude "what we have out here is what we have". Like who has no gravy but everything else. Honestly only reason I wrote this was because of rude breakfast lady.

  I travel a lot, but didn't look at the reviews because I like Holiday Inn Express. As a Diamond member, I usually find that it's always a fair experience at worst, but this one I would recommend that you check out Fairview up the road or other locations. Not that this is a terrible place, it was clean and all. However my experience won't let me forget that I don't want to ever stay here again.

  Pros: great location, good breakfast Cons: room was very nasty The location and the look of this hotel make it stand out. It is close to a lot of restaurants and easy travel to get in and out of. The breakfast was really good as well with a lot of options to choose from. The nastiness of my room, has definitely changed my mind on Holiday Inn. I will not stay here again as there are other hotels within the same area. My room had not been vacuumed, mopped, or swept. The dirt piles that had been swept up, were simply swept into the corners of the entryway and there was a bunch of crumbs, finger nails, and food under both beds. Not sure how vacuuming got missed with the amount of crumbs and debris all on the ground and easily visible. Also, there was a lot of tiny black plastic pieces all of the bed and in the sheets. I had already brushed those off before I thought to take pictures. The locking mechanism on my door looked as if it was tampered with. It was very loose and I had to slam the door on my way out in order for it to shut. The soap in the shower had not been replaced.
