- MAMiss Inkey, et al1 day ago1.0Awful, disrespectful behavior from staff. I left early cause their treatment of me was insulting and belittling and uncalled for, and to save face they acted like they were kicking me out. I had not done ANYTHING to deserve this , and they were angry w me because I hadn’t left my room within TEN MINUTES of me telling them I was leaving. When I went to leave, the receptionist told me to exit out the side door or he would call the cops. Again, I had not committed any crimes. I was not disrespectful. I was not escalating. I did not even raise my voice. I am a IHG member and I’ve never been treated like this at any Holiday Inn hotel anywhere in my life. I don’t understand what I did to warrant this kind of abuse. When your employee told me that there was an exit ahead of me to the front of me and one to the side, I said to him that in the Bible, there’s good instructions on how to treat people right.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms we extremely clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast was delicious and stocked full until the absolute last minute of breakfast time. It's AMAZING to see consistency across all of the Holiday Inn Express locations. We have never been disappointed! Always top notch service, We highly recommend it!!
