  Date: Monday, April 27th, 2026 Ended up checking the play out because I was possibly maybe thinking about staying here while my apartment is undergoing some renovations and repairs did not get a friendly vibe at all from the staff.So I will probably end up staying somewhere else.Didn't even get a chance to ask about price

  The location is great & the hotel overall is very clean & looks new. The rooms are also very clean & tidy as well. Cons: - No microwaves are available in all rooms. They have one microwave PER floor inside of the ice maker room. You have to share with everyone else on that floor & it was FILTHY, sticky & stained. - The standing showers look nice but I don't understand why they didn't add the other half of the door. If you are in a room with family, by the time everyone showers, those towel mats aren't helpful enough tp clean up the water on the ground. - The faucet is annoying being how it sits far from the actual sink & makes it hard to wash hands / use without touching against the sink & it makes a mess when the water overflows all over the countertop. They should fix that.. - Our room had 2 large towels, 2 hand towels & 2 washcloths. If you have a party of more than 2, the towels should match that & there should be extra to clean the water that spills from the terrible shower & sink faucet. We had to catch the housekeeper to ask for more towels & he was very kind to give more, but this should not be the norm considering the flawed design of the bathroom. - TV's don't have the option to stream & you are limited to whatever cable channels they have available. My biggest con was how they do not have the usual free continental breakfast like all other Holiday Inn hotels do. Instead, the hotel has its own resturaunt & they indirectly force you to order & pay for each plate per person--- for about THE SAME foods that they have in continental breakfasts that are usually FREE. They know that when someone wakes up, they will not want to go out and drive to get food, so they give this as an option. Oh, Also the resturaunt opens for breakfast (7-10am) & dinner (5-8pm) but not for lunch?? The time when someone would actually be willing to eat there is when they close down--- makes no sense to me. Overall, the cleanliness & oderliness is great & the staff are helpful too--- shout out to housekeeping for giving extra towels & keeping the place clean. But i took 1 star for the cons mentioned above. The hotel is hilton quality, but the way they manage it & lack core amenities is probably why they don't get alot of customers --- the parking lot is very empty during the day & isn't full at night either. This should have been a huge sign to management to listen to customers & change what needs to be changed. I hope they can take critique & make amendments if they want to thrive down the line.

  We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. A special thank you to the administrator Ron — he was very polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. He made our stay even more enjoyable and went above and beyond to assist us. Highly recommend this hotel, and we would definitely stay here again! 😊
