Everything exceeded my expectations — from the comfort of the room to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. What truly made the difference was the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Amar for his outstanding service and warm attitude. I’m also very grateful to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future!

We needed to transfer downtown Chicago to be with him. This hotel location could have cared less what was going on for our family. They refused any sort of refund, transfer, or credit. Could never recommend this place and the added stress they gave our family during an immensely difficult time. They had a choice and they chose to choose their pocketbook verse humans in crisis. Our two hotel rooms had been booked mere hours prior to this emergency. I’d choose zero stars if I could.
