- DLDiana LaflauraJan 2, 20261.0I stayed in room 219 on Nye going into 2026 and I wasn’t in the room for 3 hours before myself and my partner left. A huge German cockroach ran up the wall in the kitchen area. It was so quick. I was in disbelief as to what I saw . I left with all of my belongings before 1:15AM as soon as I saw the roach .The hotel refuses to refund my partner and I am livid. Don’t go to this hotel unless you want to leave with cockroaches !

Not mention it's infested cockroaches as soon as you turn lights off its game on all over kitchen area bathroom walls it was disgusting we ask to speak to a manager twice no one ever came to address the situation. I don't know how people stay at this place never again for us.

We chose this hotel because it was super close to where we went out for dinner (Outback Steakhouse) and the Woodfield Mall. Upon arrival the guy at the front desk was super friendly! He made sure we have everything we needed. During the night I heard no noise. In the morning- despite that i woke up 17 minutes before breakfast closing, the staff was super friendly and understanding. She showed me where everything was and even gave me a tray to take my breakfast to my room with me. Everything was great and I woulf definitely come back!
