  Easy check in. We were a little early for check in but quickly got into a room. Morning breakfast had more variety than typical hotel breakfast. I enjoyed the miso soup.

  Horrible!!!! Don’t waste your money!! My husband and I stayed here last Friday for a work event. The room was clean but it was absolutely freezing in there and below zero with wind chills outside. You cannot turn the heat up at the thermostat and I’m guessing it’s controlled at the front desk because I called and the “manager” who was middle eastern said he “reset the system” so try it again in a few minutes. Did not work and we froze all night with the one thin blanket because they had no other blankets. The pillows were not only flat once you laid on them and horrible but they smelled like a stinky head. I called down for more pillows and they only had ONE pillow on site which she brought up but it also smelled the same. Also when I got up to go to bathroom in the night it was SO cold in there and toilet seat was ice cold. At one point there was cold air blowing out of the heat/ac vent. Magically the heat came on around 7 am and we were able to fall asleep finally only to be woken up after 8 am sometime to housekeeping laughing LOUDLY in the hallway right outside the room. I tried addressing this with same “manager” in the am and he said to stop by front desk and he would see what he could do. When checking out though he wasn’t available and she said he would call. Which be did but he was less than helpful and not very pleasant. Said he looked back on cameras and saw housekeeping wasn’t outside our room at 8:00 but at 8:30 am so his records didn’t align with what I was saying. I told him “around” 8:00 sometime. Not 8:00 on the dot. What a shame because the hotel does look nice and is clean. Also the girl who checked us in was very nice. We didn’t even make it to breakfast because the mattress is horrible also and between that and the cold room, we didn’t sleep well. This is unacceptable with how freezing it was outside not to mention a newer hotel!!
