  I would like to share my impressions. The room is very clean and well-maintained. But the front desk woman who works at this hotel is an incompetent person who should not work with people. We reserved a room through Booking.com, the reservation was successful, the funds were debited, I stay at the hotel every week on weekends due to work in all states, so I have experience. When I tried to stay at the hotel, I heard the answer that the room was not ready, come back in an hour in a rude manner, I think it's ok. I returned an hour later and was met again by the same person with some unpleasant feeling as if I had come to her house and was demanding something for free. said that the room was not ready again and in general she did not see the payment in the system, she only saw the reservation and confirmation number. I gave her all the information regarding the payment, showing the bank account and the number on the booking: again in response in a rude manner I heard "listen to me, I said you did not pay, go solve your problem yourself or pay again at our hotel on the spot, I will give you a room" after which as soon as she heard that I was connected to technical support, somehow the payment appeared in the system. for cleanliness I give 5 stars for the front desk 1.

  The hotel was very clean. I don't know it's history but it appears to be be either new or recently renovated. Check-in and checkout were fast and efficient. Some facilities were unavailable due to renovations or construction, but that's obviously temporary. I drove in and stayed for business in the area. This location would be a good choice for someone flying in/out of O'Hare - close enough to be convenient while being far enough to be quiet and reasonably safe.

  This hotel was calm & peaceful. Erica provided excellent service at he the front desk. The people in the restaurant were also amazing. Their turkey sausage was delicious! Coffee was superb! The gym & indoor pool were nice amenities that we also used.

  Great service by hospitality and front desk rooms were clean and quiet location was in the middle of everything. Love the breakfast real food real coffee. Great job

  Second stay here. First was great , this one lousy First, it snowed the day before and the day we were here and the parking lot was never plowed, I asked why and they said they didn’t have anyone hired yet to do that. Second the room next door took 3 hot showers and somehow set off some type of alarm. It beeped loudly for over 45 minutes. The telephone in the room didn’t work although we mentioned it to the desk 3 times We stayed from Friday to Monday. We planned to watch the packer / bear game at the bar with drinks and appetizers but their bar is closed on Sundays. Very disappointed. When we booked they said the pool was closed which was fine but when we checked in we were told the pool was fine just the hot tub was closed. We were happy and planned on using the pool on Sunday. We went to use it and it was locked. Asked at front desk and she said pool was broke I said there were people in it the day prior. She checked with manager and confirmed the pool was working but it took another 30 min to find someone to open it up. Once we were in there were no towels and very cold We left quickly. So overall it was very disappointing and probably won’t go back
