- MRMatty RobbertNov 15, 20251.0Booked this hotel for my birthday specifically because it was near the event plans we had and it had a hot tub and pool. I even changed my dinner reservations to make sure we had time to use these amenities. I was not notified that the pool was closed prior to check in. If I would've known, I would've booked a different place with a working pool and hot tub. Paying extra for the breakfast was not worth it. It was a limited selection and it was even more limited due to my food allergies. The food I did have, was lukewarm at best. The elevators seem very unsafe and should have maintenance done IMMEDIATELY. The one elevator shakes violently and makes a horrible sound. The other elevator jumps, lurches, and stops abruptly. My boyfriend and I felt very unsafe. We had a room on the 5th floor and I have knee and hip issues, I rely on elevators because the steps are very hard on my knees. The bathroom in our room was designed very poorly. There was no door on the shower at all. When you shower, the water gets all over the tile floor. This felt very unsafe and hazardous. The only good things about our stay were that the hotel was 3 minutes from our event, that the room was pretty clean and passed the bed bug check inspection. Overall, VERY disappointed in our stay and wish I could get a refund.

We had family in from out of town and I booked them the rooms because of the indoor pool for the kids. We were super let down. Probably shouldn’t advertise amenities that aren’t able to be used

I accidentally left food in the fridge and called within an hour to ask if I could return to pick it up if it hadn’t been thrown out. After being put on hold, I was assured it would be kept for me. I then drove 30 minutes back — only to be told by the same person who had assured me on the phone, that it had already been tossed. What’s worse, no one bothered to call me to let me know, even though they had my number. That complete lack of communication and basic courtesy is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the room itself was uncomfortable — the AC barely worked, the room stayed hot, and the bathroom tap made a high-pitched screeching sound every time it was turned on. Overall, this stay was frustrating from start to finish. Between the poor communication, lack of accountability, and maintenance issues, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. This hotel clearly doesn’t value its guests or their time.
