Outraged, I received a call from the hotel asking if they could enter my room as I have a do not disturb sign hanging from the handle, I of course, said no, not until I was there, and when I arrived back to my hotel shortly after the call more then 1 hour less then 2 they had already entered my room. Completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Rooms seemed small. There was no way to turn on the shower without getting sprayed by the head. Breakfast had a larger assortment of fresh fruit than other Hiltons. Coffee is only out until 10am then the option is a machine at $4/cup.

We reserved two rooms recently. Both rooms were clean. Although, stale smelling. Beds were comfortable. Towels were a bit scratchy, but appeared to be of good quality. However, my husband thought they had a musty smell. While the rooms were satisfactory, we were dismayed that only one elevator was working. And waiting for that one seemed to take forever! The pool area was clean and had a nice view. The pool was rather small, however the water temperature was comfortable. It also had a staircase, which is nice for someone with mobility issues and may have trouble using a ladder. They offered breakfast at an additional cost. Seemed a bit overpriced. $10 for a bowl of oatmeal?! There are many decent restaurants in the area, I recommend eating elsewhere. It was an ok experience overall.

I traveled from Michigan to this hotel, booked a month ahead and I checked in digitally waiting for my room key and room to be ready and 40 mins before my arrival I get a call from the hotel to see if I was still going to arrive tonight, I said yes, he then proceeded to cancel my stay because they said they over booked for the night so I had to book to another Hilton hotel and spend more than what my book was at this stay. Person that spoke to me on the phone said they were gonna talk to the GM to handle the situation and never heard back from them. I hope to hear back.
