    The rooms were clean and the fitness room was a nice amenity. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a major inconvenience: the elevator was broken (apparently has been for 3 weeks), and we were never warned ahead of time. Traveling with a baby, we had to haul multiple rounds of luggage up 12 flights of stairs, which was exhausting and very frustrating. A heads-up before arrival would have made a big difference and allowed us to plan accordingly. Clean hotel, but the lack of communication and accessibility was very frustrating.

    I’m beyond frustrated with this experience. The elevators have been out for over a week, yet there was no notice anywhere on the website or during booking. I specifically chose this hotel for its location and because I needed an accessible room. I wasn’t informed about the elevator outage until I arrived at check-in at 8:30 PM, which left me scrambling to find another hotel last minute. The only option offered was to cancel my reservation and rebook at another hotel at the current rate, nearly double what I originally paid. Failing to disclose a prolonged elevator outage, especially when accessibility is impacted, is unacceptable. This should have been clearly communicated before booking or arrival.

    Had a reservation for the 19th of December. Get to the hotel at 4 only to be told their elevators didnt work and we could cancel as we were booked on the third floor. My issue is this didnt just happen before we arrived. No attempt was made to contact us. It was a take it or leave it situation and we had reservations at 5:30. They called a single hotel to "help" us and had orginally said they would walk us over. That didn't happen and we were offered "points" if we were members as compensation. There was no effort made at all. They handled the situation horribly for being a hilton brand hotel. Ended up at the Fairfield Inn next door. They were wonderful.

    Nice place, we stay here a lot, rooms are good, but communication is still less lacking at this location, reserved a room Saturday 3pm check in came, never got our digital key until we called around 6:30 I believe —- finally was told there was a issue with the room, you would think they’d call or text or email to let you know right but no? Anyways — had to pick another room, so they got us another, got a generic email response and possibly a call from thier “general manager” Adriana on how it will be discussed with leader ship, same response she uses here, but will it really though? 👎 . Hope she will manage this location better, disappointed in the level of professional she has.
