Let me tell you about my experience at this hotel. I booked two rooms intending to spend a nice time with my family in the Windy City. When we arrived at reception to check our rooms, it turned out they weren't ready yet, not because the hotel was full, but because they weren't clean. It was around 4 p.m. on Saturday, and they made me wait an hour in the lobby with my family. When we finally got our two rooms, they were in a deplorable state. The bathroom was filthy, and the toilet had traces of feces that made me think someone with stomach problems had been there. The beds were dirty, with sheets that looked like they'd been used the night before. This happened on the sixth floor. Imagine, friends, traveling to a seven-story hotel and not finding a room ready. There are only two possibilities: either the hotel is full of guests, or the staff is overwhelmed with cleaning. Well, what could we expect when I saw two elderly women working there who should have been resting in a nursing home? And the next day... I asked the same old woman for towels, and it turned out she didn't understand what I wanted. Meanwhile, I saw another woman walk by and tried to call her over, but she ignored me. So I tried asking her name, and it turned out she was the manager, Norma. I don't understand how there can be so many problems in just one weekend at a hotel that size. So, gentlemen, don't think twice and get out of here as fast as you can to avoid a terrible weekend with your family.

Nice clean hotel with good breakfast. The drinks at the happy hour were horrible. Wish they would offer a discount on their premium alcohol.

Booked a room online. Checked in and checked out as usual. Then found they changed the rate to a much inflated one. When we called the hotel, a manager was never around and never called us back after several attempts. This is a very shady way of doing business. You cant just change a rate that someone booked a hotel stay at and not give any notification prior. I hope this helps others avoid this place and the headache we dealt with. I would not recommend staying at this location!
An unforgettable and unbearable experience. I don't understand how this hotel has a 4-star rating. My room was very unpleasant when I entered; the bed linens were filthy and there was hair on the bathroom walls. I saw a chambermaid who works on that floor; she was so out of breath she could barely move. I asked her for towels, and she told me she didn't have enough to give me. She said if I wanted towels, I just had to make a call directly from the phone and they would bring them. Then another nice, smiling girl came by the same floor. I asked her for towels, and without saying a word, she gave them to me. I asked her name, and she said it was Maria and that she was new to the hotel. She said she had had a bad experience with someone and that she was sorry for the unpleasant experience they had. So, I would like her to clean my room again when I return to this hotel.

We checked in. Digitally and requested physical keys upon arrival. Then we were told we weren't checked in. Our room, pungent menthol, burn your throat, gas smell. Complained and aired out room. Was unbearable and nauseating, so we requested to be moved. New room...same strong chemical stench. Our friends in other rooms do not have the smell. Another friend has a strong chlorine gas smell. Also, it took an hour for a replacement order of French fries when the order got screwed up. Can't say I have ever had a worse experience.
