- KRKaren RubelJan 4, 20261.0Stayed here for 8 nights. Room only had two working outlets located behind the desk. No side table on one side of the bed. Heat went out on night 4. They sent up a space heater. Maintenance came and said it was fixed. Not true. It’s 22 degrees outside and they can’t fix the heat? TV only worked on a few channels. Other channels had no sound. No service to the room. One elevator would always stick and the elevator has not been inspected since 2024. Never offered to move me and when I asked they said they would send up maintenance. Went down to the restaurant and the bill came handwritten on a piece of paper. I could charge to the room or pay cash. That’s was odd. Highly disappointing for a Hilton.

She has given me up to 6-8 cookies and I would tip her. I decided to buy some cookies this time and she sold me old cold cookies. I didn’t notice it til I got home so my husband drove me back the next day and she refused to give me fresh cookies and I brought them all back to her… I spent $12 on 6 old cookies and I would appreciate it if I can get my money back. I don’t even want any cookies at this point.
