    The staff here are very professional and welcoming. The rooms need some deep cleaning and minor updates. The location is perfect for shopping and lots of dining options close by.

    I recently bought cookies from this location. The front desk clerk Laura has given me free cookies. Everytime I’ve come in to this location. She has given me up to 6-8 cookies and I would tip her. I decided to buy some cookies this time and she sold me old cold cookies. I didn’t notice it til I got home so my husband drove me back the next day and she refused to give me fresh cookies and I brought them all back to her… I spent $12 on 6 old cookies and I would appreciate it if I can get my money back. I don’t even want any cookies at this point.

    Rooms are clean, but service definitely could be better. We stayed at the hotel for 2 days. After 1st day, our room was not cleaned. We were told we have to request for cleaning of the room everyday. There was no door handle tag that we could place in the room to let housecleaning know to clean the room. Next day morning, I requested for the towels and they were out of towels in the lobby and they could get us the towels for more than an hour. I am writing this review sitting in the lobby of the hotel waiting for the towels and front desk lady just doesn’t seem to care. Asking the front desk lady, I was told don’t harass me. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. Reading the google reviews, it seems like this is a repeated complaints from the hotel guests and owners don’t seems to address the main issues - which is service.

    This hotel is a prime example of American corporate decline. I was forced to stay here as a stay-to-play hotel for an ice hockey tournament. There was no housekeeping service for the three days we were there, so on the second night we had to ask for fresh towels. TV turned on but didn't act like it until you started changing channels, of which half had no sound or grainy/boxy digital picture. Nice shower head but the tub could use some clog remover. Since there's no exhaust fan, the bathroom feels like a sauna after even the quickest shower. It's also a strange contrast having a nice granite countertop and modern wallpaper with worn wood cabinets that are missing a handle or two. The elevators are annoying. You have to push the buttons very deep to register the push, sometimes multiple attempts are needed. The elevator doors take forever to open on the lobby level. The one real plus is that the a/c control actually works. Don't know that I would come back to this location.
