  I had a very pleasant stay at Best Western. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The location was convenient, and all amenities met my expectations. I would especially like to appreciate the night front desk staff—a short girl who was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. She handled everything efficiently, had a warm attitude, and made the check-in experience smooth even late at night. Her customer service truly stood out and made my stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

  Worst place of my life. Super rude attendants, they don't talk to each other and each one passes on information. They didn't want to send the shuttle that I PAID for him, and when they sent the driver he was a rude arrogant. I said I was where he had asked (2C) and he said he was too and that I had to find him. How was I going to find him if I was alone and had several cars? He didn't want to help, didn't want to come to where I was and still said "I'm leaving". And it was. Since this is the last shuttle of the day, NO ONE provided support and on top of that they don't want to give me back my money, because I paid for a service that they refused to provide.

  My flight got canceled and the airline booked me a room at this hotel on 1730 E Higgins Rd (Best Western). I was honestly impressed with the service. The hotel shuttle picked me up from the airport, which was a huge relief after a stressful cancellation, and they also dropped me back the next day. The room was big, clean, and very comfortable. It smelled fresh Andy and pleasant, which I really appreciated. The bed was great, and the space made it feel more like a suite than a regular hotel room. Breakfast was surprisingly good - they had a nice breakfast setup with hot items, and everything tasted fresh. It was much better than I expected for an airline voucher stay. Overall, the staff was helpful, the shuttle service was smooth, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was great. This hotel turned a bad travel day into a really comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend staying here.

  This has to be my Favorite hotel "Best Western" Very clean rooms, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Their are penty of things too do in this area.. And what ever your Craving for, there is a restaurant near by... Movie thearter within walking distance... And Shopping Malls.

  This hotel was terrible, and was the worst Best Western at which we've stayed. We had to change rooms three times: #1 - heater made a loud noise whenever it was on; room was dirty, esp. the bathroom and vanity/sink area; and plumbing was old and not maintained and repaired. #2 - room was filthy, even dirtier than the first. Stains on walls and floors, and gobs of caulk in the tub and around the tub; urine stains on the floor; and mildew and dirt everywhere. #3 - room was slightly cleaner, but still filthy with dirt buildup, stains on the floor, and dirt throughout the bathrooms. Someone used silicone caulk to repair a broken drain, as well as to conceal dirt and damage in walls and corners of the floor. The caulk was also dirty and was sloppy, which allowed even more dirt and mildew. The sinks in the three rooms smelled like sewage, probably from clogs deep in the plumbing of the building. There are many Best Westerns better than this, which is one of the worst.
